Black Dot Cultural Center Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our community members and patrons. Our refund policy is designed to offer you peace of mind when making purchases. Whether it’s for coffee, books, event tickets, or donations. 

Products (Books, Merchandise):

• Returns & Refunds: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. However, the item must be in its original, unused condition, including all packaging and accessories.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
• How to Return: Contact our customer service team via email with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Event Tickets:

• Cancellation Policy: Tickets for events hosted by Black Dot Cultural Center are refundable up to 7 days before the event date. After this period, refunds will not be issued.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled by us, registrants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.

Donations:

• Refund Requests: Generally, donations to Black Dot Cultural Center are non-refundable. However, if you’ve made a donation error or changed your mind, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss refund options.

Online Classes & Workshops:

• Online class and workshop refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. After this time, refunds are unavailable, but we may transfer your enrollment to a future session upon request.

Processing Time:

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of the return or cancellation confirmation.
